Dear friends,
A very welcome slight drop in temperature this morning.
I have opened all the downstairs windows early to let the breeze do its cooling work but soon the sheets will go back to block out the sun and I will close all the windows to avoid the warm air enter later in the day. This Mediterranean way of dealing with hot summer days has served me well so far.
The picture today is of the neighbour’s cat waiting to be taken for her daily walk in the woods.
