Dear friends,
For many weeks now I have had several windows open overnight to cool the house. This has been an open invitation for a variety of creatures great and small (including a mouse and the cricket in the picture) to enter and attempt to take up residence. Each and everyone of them has been rehomed back to the great outdoors.
The weather doesn’t look like changing much so please leave some water out for local wildlife to quench it’s thirst.
